Bitcoin Tops $68K, ATH $69K 💎

Bitcoin (BTC) continued its ascent, surpassing $67,000 and edging closer to its previous peak of $69,000, while also nearing the substantial $1.4 trillion market cap of silver. The leading cryptocurrency, which has been consolidating sideways for a week, broke out above the $64,000 mark, reaching $68,800 in early Asian trading on Tuesday.

With its remarkable growth this year, BTC is quickly becoming one of the largest global assets, now exceeding a market capitalization of $1.3 trillion and closing in on silver's $1.4 trillion market cap, as reported by CoinMarketCap. Earlier in this bullish trend, Bitcoin had overtaken the market cap of Meta Platforms (META), the parent company of Facebook.
